What if I need more hours?
If you need more hours in a particular month, the additional are billed hourly. If you're looking for more hours regularly than my packages include, please reach out to me!
Why would I need a retainer instead of just paying as I go?
With a retainer, your site is proactively cared for. Instead of waiting until something breaks, we handle updates, backups, and monitoring regularly—preventing issues before they become problems. It also gives you predictable costs instead of surprise bills.
And most important, all of this happens while you pay less! The retainer packages provide a cheaper hourly rate than individually paying for the hours.
Do you offer SEO or marketing services in your retainer?
Right now, our retainers are focused on regular site updates, but stay tuned! We have a big rollout coming soon for SEO analytics!
What if I don’t use all my hours in a month?
Hours must be used each month; they do not roll over. However, if you have hours that look like they'll go unused, we can provide suggestions on enhancements for your site!
What happens if my site gets hacked?
All plans include monitoring, but if something slips through, we’ll clean and restore your site from backups.
Can I cancel anytime?
All retainers are 6 month contracts. You can always start at a lower level and move up if you're unsure of the hours needed. If a 6 month contract is too extensive right now, hourly updates are still available, as well as simple Health Checks.
